West Yorkshire IA is run by a number of volunteers who look after the interests of our members and provide help and support to anybody in our region who has or is about to have surgery to remove their colon and have an ileostomy or an internal pouch formed.

Some of our team members have also taken and passed IA’s One2One Support training and regularly offer help and guidance to new patients, either face to face or via telephone or email.

If you are interested in becoming more involved with the running of your local group or you could offer assistance in organising or simply helping at events, please contact a member of the team.
